In-Store:

Q: Where is your store located?
A: In the Genesee Valley Regional Market located in Henrietta, New York. Customers can access the market by turning North on Jefferson Rd near the Best Western Hotel, turning East on Clay Rd, or by turning West from E. Henrietta Rd onto Alliance Dr. Our neighbors are Union Place Coffee Roasters and JBC Noodles!

Q: What do I need to enter the dispensary and make a purchase?
A: All you need to stop in is a valid photo ID that shows you are over 21 years old! This includes a state issued Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID. The ID does not have to be issued by the state of New York.

Q: Are children allowed in the dispensary if accompanied by an adult and not purchasing product?
A: Anyone under 21 may sit in the lobby but is not allowed in the showroom. We are able to make accommodations for individuals with infants or small children. Please inquire with the security guard in the front lobby for more information.

Q: How many products does your store carry?
A: Currently, we offer one of the best selections of cannabis and smoking accessories in Upstate New York! We have over 3,000 different products covering a wide variety of categories including Flower, Pre-Rolls, Vape Pens and Cartridges, Concentrates, Edibles, Beverages, Topicals, Tinctures, Smoking Accessories, and more! Q: What is the Round Up for Rochester Youth program?
A: At MJ Dispensary, we’re dedicated to putting forth the extra effort in giving back to the community. Customers are able to round up their change on an order to put towards donating to Rochester inner city schools.

Q: What is the legal limit I can purchase?
A: In New York, customers can purchase up to either 84 grams of flower or 24 grams per day. Ask our budtenders for more questions regarding the legal limit.

Q: Can I take pictures or film within the dispensary?
A: Yes! We do allow photos and videos in the store! Please just be mindful of other customers and staff who may not want to be photographed or recorded.

Q: Are animals allowed within the store?
A: Yes, all animals are allowed including service pets! However, some pets may not be comfortable with the dispensary environment. If your pet is stressed out by strangers or loud noises, it may not be comfortable environment for them. Please also be prepared if your pet has an accident on-premises!

Q: Can I return or exchange a cannabis product if I am not satisfied?
A: Per New York State regulations we are unable to return cannabis products. However, please notify us of any issues regarding any cannabis product you purchase, and we will make our best efforts to address the situation and contact the vendor of the product with your concern.


Aeropay:

Q: What is Aeropay and how do I use it?
A:
Aeropay is an online payment system that allows our customers to pay for their orders in-store or online for pick-up or delivery. With Aeropay, there is no fee, unlike our cashless ATM. To use Aeropay, customers will have to make an account with the platform and link their bank account, similar to other payment methods like Venmo. Once completed, customers can use the “Pay with Aeropay” option when creating a pre-order or scan the QR codes at the registers. Aeropay requires your bank to offer online banking, and not all banks will allow for 3rd party payments. If you are having issues creating an Aeropay account, please contact your bank and inquire if they allow 3rd party payments. Delivery:

Q: How does delivery work and how can I pay?
A: Our delivery system utilizes time slots that can be reserved by customers. Currently, each hour offers a limited number of deliveries to be reserved, and orders must be pre-paid for using Aeropay. If you are trying to place an order and receive an error that won’t allow you to, try placing the order for an earlier or later time slot. Another common error is Aeropay informing the customer that they have insufficient funds although the customer is able to pay for the balance. Customers may have to have more than the allotted amount for their order in order to process the transaction. The amount can vary based on bank. This is for the safety of the customer, dispensary, and banking institution. Upon delivery, an adult 21+ and over MUST be present to sign for the delivery. Drivers will notify a customer when they are in route and with other possible updates regarding the delivery. Please be aware that some deliveries may be running late depending on the day!

Q: Is there a fee associated with delivery?
A: Yes, there is a $5 fee for deliveries and a $50 order minimum.

A: We deliver within Monroe County! If you are unsure if we deliver to your area, feel free to give us a call!
